We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address provided by you during registration. We will deliver to all addresses within mainland Singapore. However, we reserve the right to restrict deliveries to certain areas.
Please take note that delivery cannot be cancelled once an item is shipped.
While we will do our best to ensure that Products ordered by you will be delivered on time, we shall not be liable for the occasional late or cancelled delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. In such circumstances, we will refund the price paid by you but shall not be liable for any damages or losses whatsoever arising from the non-delivery.
Orders below $100 will have a $10 shipping fee. Orders above $100 will enjoy free delivery.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted. As a general rule, we will need 1 working day to process your orders and pack the product(s). We will liaise with you on the actual delivery date and time. No delivery shall be made on Sundays and public holidays and delivery slots are subject to availability. You must notify us immediately if there is a change in the delivery address or your contact number. Our delivery times are:

All deliveries shall be acknowledged and signed off by you and the time of delivery noted on the delivery form. It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is present to sign for Products upon delivery. If no one is at home and there is a missed delivery, we will leave notification of delivery and will contact you as soon as we can to reschedule another delivery time and date. We reserve the right to charge you a re-delivery fee.
If the delivery includes pharmaceutical products, or any other items which may not be delivered to a minor, a person of 18 years of age or older with appropriate prescription and identification must be present to take delivery of the pharmaceutical products or other items. If in the case of such a delivery, no person of 18 years of age or older is present, we will contact you as soon as we can to reschedule another delivery time and date. We reserve the right to charge you a re-delivery fee.
You will become the owner of the Products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once Products have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage.
It is in your own interest to take delivery of the Products ordered without delay. We shall not be responsible for any deterioration in the quality of the Products due to missed delivery. You should also, for your own interest, comply fully with the safety handling instructions found on the packaging of the delivered Products.
In the event that Products delivered to you are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall not be liable to you unless you notify us at the point of delivery or within 24 hours of the time of delivery. If you notify a problem to us within this timeline, our only obligation will be:
(a) for short or non-delivery of the Products ordered – to make good the shortage or non-delivery of the Products in question.
(b) for Products we are satisfied were damaged or defective prior to delivery – to replace the Products in question or (at our option) refund you the amount paid by you for the products.
